To use OnlineRME simply do the following:

Select your county from the dropdown
Enter your street number and street name using the first 4 letters of the street (no compass direction)
Tap on "Submit Search
On the left menu, tap on "Service History"
Select reports to view, email, or print

To use Clallam County's Permit System, simply do the following:

Enter your street number, and first 4 letters of street name. Do not enter anything in the Fraction, Prefix, or Unit fields.
Tap on "Search"
Tap on any parcel number and tap on any of the document links to view them.
If it is indicated that there is no information on file, you need to erase your previous entry and enter your parcel number.
If even after this, there is nothing on file, call Clallam County Environmental Health and they will look up the records and email to you. Their phone number is below.
